From Route 87 North:
Take I-87 South to the Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95 South/US Route 1 South) via Exit 7 toward George Washinton Bridge/Trenton. Take the Route-9A/Henry Hudson Parkway, Exit 1 — towards West 181 Street. Take a left on the Route-9A South exit on the towards Parkway South/Downtown. Merge onto NY-9A South toward Downtown. Turn Left onto West 42nd Street.

From Long Island:
Take Long Island Expressway (I-495 West) to the Midtown Tunnel. After exiting the tunnel, turn left onto East 37th Street. Turn right onto Third Avenue. Turn left onto East 42nd Street.

From Connecticut:
Take I-95 South to I-278 West via Exit 6B, Merge left for the Triboro Bridge. Take the exit toward Randalls–Wards Islands/Manhattan/FDR Drive. Stay straight to go onto Triborough Bridge. Merge onto FDR Drive South. Take the East 49th Street exit — Exit 10. Stay straight to go onto East 49th Street. Turn Left onto 2nd Avenue. Turn right onto East 42nd Street.

From Route 80 West:
Take 287 South to Rt. 24 East to New Jersey Turnpike (I95 North). Take the exit for Lincoln Tunnel/ New York City. Out of the tunnel exit left toward 10th Avenue/ Points North/ West Side Highway. Straight to Dyer Avenue, make a right onto 42nd Street.

From Route 78:
Merge onto I-78 E toward New Jersey Turnpike/Garden State Parkway/Newark Airport. Take the exit for NJ Turnpike (I-95 North). Take the exit for Lincoln Tunnel/ New York City. Out of the tunnel exit left toward 10th Avenue/Points North/ West Side Highway. Straight to Dyer Avenue, make a right onto 42nd Street.
